Bring Wellness To Your Organization

More than ever, many of us are feeling overwhelmed and emotionally on edge. But as difficult as this situation is—and as powerless as we all might feel—each of us can take steps to discover our path to wellness.

Specifically designed for groups, this webinar will help participants to take a closer look at their life paths through reflection and sharing. The session helps attendees recognize and articulate current challenges and guide them to finding their personal path towards recovery.

Paths to Wellness

Outside we "flatten the curve" to help our health system and workers. Inside we uplift our own and each others' spirit to attain wellness.

What's the Session Like?

Much like face-to-face classes, the course provides dynamic sessions where attendees take part in individual reflection and meaningful connection with fellow participants.

  • Card Play

The session makes use of virtual cards that help facilitate unique associations and engagement of senses.

  • Plenary

Four plenary sessions where the instructor guides participants through the key reflections and conversations.

  • Breakout

Participants then break into smaller units where they share insights and lessons with each other.

  • Sharing

Back at the plenary, participants share with the larger group perspectives realized from the small sessions.

  • Commitment

To close the session, participants collaborate on a team whiteboard to describe their path to wellness.

I enjoyed The Path to Wellness webinar! It’s like we never left the classroom because of the interaction between participants. The lesson and focus of the course was already good, but the portions where we engaged with other participants made it even great!

The Path to Wellness is a breath of fresh air from all the big and little things that we do in everyday life. It is like a guided self-reflection and self-assessment of one's current state of mind amidst the anxiety and stress of our situation.

I had a wonderful time connecting with other participants in The Path to Wellness. It was very therapeutic. Most of all, the session was practical and very timely in terms of challenges brought about by the pandemic.

Mayette T. Porio

The Path to Wellness was an unexpected gift at a seemingly most inopportune time. But those who believe in the power of faith and synchronicity will surely be touched by this session.

The Path To Wellness made me more aware of my strengths and weaknesses. It's hard to realize or recall one's strength especially when you are in a tough situation, but this webinar helped me realize my worth as a person by choice, not by circumstance.
